Fresh Vegetable

Currently, the fresh vegetable range includes three products:

• Fresh Indian Red Onion
• Fresh Green Chilli (G4 Guntur variety)
• Fresh Drumstick / Moringa Pods

The red onions are sourced from four key varieties: Agrifound Light Red, N-2-4-1, Panchganga, and Rose. These are well-regarded Indian cultivars known for their pungency, colour, and shelf life.

Sizing is tailored to destination markets:

• Gulf & Asia – 45 to 60 mm
• Europe – 50 to 70 mm
• Malaysia – 25 to 35 mm

Onions are field and shade-dried to reduce moisture. They are free from sprouting and black mould and packed in leno-ventilated mesh bags to allow airflow suitable for Gulf, European, and South East Asian import requirements.

The G4 Guntur variety is supplied  a premium chilli grown in the Guntur region of Andhra Pradesh, India, known for its heat level and uniform quality.

• Size: 6–10 cm or 9–12 cm, uniform
• Skin: firm, tight, and shiny
• Colour: bright green with fresh, intact stems
• Zero spotted grains and zero surface moisture
• Packed in vented CFB (corrugated fibreboard) boxes, 3–5 kg net weight

They are packed and prepared specifically for Gulf and European import markets.

Drumstick (Moringa oleifera) is a highly nutritious vegetable pod. The varieties supplied are PKM-1, PKM-2, and OMK, all known for high meat content and extended shelf life.

• Length: 45 to 60 cm
• Diameter: 1.5 to 2.5 cm
• Colour: rich dark green
• High meat content; fading or discoloured pods are rejected before packing

Moringa pods are ideally suited for:

• South Asian diaspora communities abroad
• Health food stores and wellness brands
• Moringa product manufacturers (for extracts, powders, etc.)
